For me, the children are the best subject to describe the happiness of Hari Raya. Never feel fear only smile and laughter. I brought my D80 every way I went on last hari raya and took 700++ photos related to happiness. Alhamdulillah, I'm satisfy with what I got and I learnt a lot about 'great' moments. On Board

The opportunity to sail with MV Fajar Samudera (Royal Malaysian Navy training ship) gave me a quality time to sharpen my eyes and skill in photography. This time, I explored the power of wide lens. Although I only have a kit lens (means that the widest my baby can go is 18 mm), I experienced taking a pictures in wide perspective. I feel like photos that came out from wide lens give me more words. A lot of things to say every time I look at them. Enjoy some of my photos that I took on board.

Two Things

My life had been busy for a few weeks ago. It was all about two things. Now, I feel very happy. I can sit again, manage myself peacefully and write about 'two things'!

Lucky me, now I have a new Bibik. Bibik Srinatin from Surabaya, Indonesia. She was arrived from Indonesia on last Saturday. Since then, no more messy rooms and the most important thing, Nabilah and Harith are well manage now. They are eat on time and take a bath at appropriate time!

The other 'great' thing is, I passed CUTE (Computerized Unit Trust Examination) on 18th August. I have part time job now as a Unit Trust Consultant. It is a very challenging job but yet very interesting. So, anybody who likes to know more about unit trust, you can contact me! Trust me, this is the best investment for your retirement. I have planned for months ago, and today I manage to catch the very rare moment in a century. My friend said, "very very ong!" :P

Durian

Saya rasa minggu nie adalah minggu paling banyak makan buah durian. baru sebentar tadi anggota awasan saya beramai-ramai kenduri durian. Apa yang saya tahu sangat tentang durian adalah rasanya yang sedap, kandungan sulfur yang tinggi, meningkatkan tenaga haba di dalam perut dan menghasilkan gas yang sangat 'keras'!

Saya masih ingat cerita Lt. Kol. Zubir, seorang pegawai senior yang pernah menjadi Atashe di Australia selama dua tahu. Di antara pengalaman beliau adalah, penjelasan seorang rakan berbangsa Australia yang pernah makan buah durian!. "Buah paling busuk pernah tumbuh di atas planet ini!"

Segera saya buka wikipedia:durian untuk mendapatkan maklumat tentang durian. Di antara fakta yang menarik adalah buah durian datang dari keluarga bunga raya dan pokok kapas. Lebih menarik lagi testimoni orang-orang dari barat tentang buah durian. Salah seorangnya, Anthony Bourdain, seorang penulis, chef dan pencinta durian menyatakan "Its taste can only be described as...indescribable, something you will either love or despise. ...Your breath will smell as if you'd been French-kissing your dead grandmother."

Patut la durian adalah salah satu hidangan paling mencabar dalam 'Fear Factor'!.
